Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows on residential and commercial properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy outdoor activities, and possess strong communication skills. The position requires a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows on various types of buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Use specialised cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
  • Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, or other access equipment to reach high or difficult areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including storing tools and cleaning supplies appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks during work activities.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during the course of work.

Experience

  • Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Valid driving licence is essential to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Good command of English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for understanding instructions, coordinating with team members, and providing professional service. Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
