All Saints CE Primary School
are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and experienced Teaching Assistant who would take on or work towards Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) responsibilities, to join our supportive and dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, taking responsibility for delivering hight-quality lessons and interventions under the guidance of lass teachers.

Your responsibilities

  • plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum, taking full responsibility for small groups or whole classes as required

  • support students’ learning and development, including those with SEND

  • assist in assessing, recording and reporting students’ progress

  • manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.

You will need:

  • an HLTA accreditation or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards this qualification)

  • experience of working with children in a school setting, preferably across multiple key stages

  • strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • commitment to high standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and child development.
