Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced cafe environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation and culinary arts to develop their skills within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Assist in the organisation and setup of the kitchen before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment

Requirements
