Café Cook/Chef – The Noshery & Co

Springfields Garden Centre

At The Noshery & Co, located within the bustling Springfields Garden Centre, we’re looking for a Café Cook/Chef who brings energy, creativity, and passion to every plate. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of café-style dishes, from hearty breakfasts to light lunches and indulgent treats.
  • Ensuring food is consistently fresh, well-presented, and delivered promptly.
  • Supporting menu development with seasonal specials and creative twists.
  • Managing daily kitchen operations including prep, cooking, and service.
  • Monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and reducing waste.
  • Upholding food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Training and supporting junior team members to build skills and confidence.
