An Excellent opportunity for Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join a well-established company based in East Sussex - Join a team that raises the standard

We are looking for Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join our service & installer teams. Current gas qualifications are essential; oil, LPG & renewables qualifications would be advantageous.

Strong technical ability & diagnostics skills, must be committed to high standards & safe working practices. Tidy workmanship, good communication & time management skills required and a desire to work to the best of your ability.

In return we offer a competitive salary (see salary bands below), company pension (with enhanced contributions up to 10%) and enhanced overtime rates for weekends. Fully expensed sign written van with professional racking for business use including fuel card, high-quality battery power tool kit provided for the role plus annual tools allowance, uniform, extra holiday and birthday holiday after 1 full calendar year of service. All ongoing training and qualification renewals are fully funded plus annual personal development budget.

Salary Bands:

  • New starter £26 - £35K (minimum 3 years experience)
  • Experienced Engineer £35 – 45K
  • Lead Engineer £45 – £55K Plus

We undertake heat pump and boiler installations, electrics including solar PV, heating system upgrades and repairs alongside boiler service & maintenance works in and around Uckfield, Crowborough, Heathfield and the surrounding areas.
