Full job description

Gamma Plumbing, Heating & Electrical is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, skilled Heating & Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. We specialise in gas & oil boilers, HeatCover+ care plans, and delivering a high-quality, trustworthy service across Essex & Suffolk.

We are ideally seeking someone based in or near Colchester to support our service area efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

  • Service, repair & install gas and oil boilers
  • Diagnose heating and plumbing faults quickly & effectively
  • Complete digital job sheets and safety certificates
  • Deliver excellent customer service, especially to HeatCover+ customers
  • Participate in occasional emergency call-out rota

Candidate Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • Gas Safe registered (or working towards it)
  • OFTEC/oil boiler experience preferred (training can be provided)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, reliable, customer-focused attitude
  • Ideally based in Colchester or surrounding areas

Work Area

Covering Colchester, Ipswich, Sudbury, Chelmsford, and nearby locations.
