Full job description

Established in 2019, Carbon3 specialises in renewable energy, electric vehicle charging and ESG solutions for new build construction and retrofit projects. As experts in our field, we are committed to delivering sustainable solutions while achieving planning and sustainability targets.

We are looking for Renewable Heating Engineer - ASHP in the Kent and surrounding areas. The ideal candidates will have mechanical knowledge and be proficient in using hand tools. This role is predominantly installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Central Heating Systems.

Must be flexible to work in various sectors and to travel when required.

Qualifications:

  • WRAS Water Supply Regs
  • G3 Unvented
  • UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems
  • BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation
  • Air-source Het pump installation & commissioning certificate
  • Gas Safe register
  • CSCS Card

Desirable certificates / qualifications:

  • First Aid at Work Certification
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Ladder Safety
  • Working at Heights
  • PASMA / IPAF

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • ASHP experience - Essential
  • Essential time management skills.
  • Personable with excellent communication skills
  • Able to assess own performance and performance of team.
  • You should have a working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation and best practice
  • Be able to communicate technical information to customers and colleagues which is meaningful
  • Be flexible due to the diverse nature of the working environment
  • Experience in working within a team or team environment.
  • Used to self-managing, prioritising workloads and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
