Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is a leading independent builders’ merchant based across the South West of England. Our Tool Hire branches are located within our merchant branches, supplying tools, small plant and lifting equipment for hire and helping to provide a one-stop shop for all building requirements. With over 250 years’ experience in the industry, we know our success is built on our people.

We are now looking for an experienced Tool Hire Manager to join the team in Exmouth and continue to build on its success. Your product knowledge combined with your experience of leading a small team will help make you a great fit for us. More importantly, you will be a great relationship builder who loves selling and thrives on achieving targets.

The Tool Hire business is part of a wider builders’ merchant business and in addition to focusing on our Tool Hire products, as part of the branch’s leadership team, you will also be supporting the wider branch business and working closely with the branch General Manager.

Who are we looking for?

You will have already worked within the Tool Hire industry in a supervisory or managerial capacity and have previous knowledge of the types of products and services that we supply. Your understanding and experience of our customer base will help ensure you are committed to providing great customer service as you help us to develop and grow this specialist brand.
