Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join our team in Cornwall. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping customers find the right building supplies and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your contribution will support our mission to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance in line with AOP targets and demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
  • Actively promote and uphold our company culture and values.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of trading accounts.
  • Validate and follow up on sales leads within the trading area.
  • Open new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies across key product categories in line with AOP direction.
  • Support branch and company-wide sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and internet queries.
