Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational activities across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer opportunities for skill development.

Duties

  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
  • Delivering furniture to properties
  • Supporting the setup and dismantling of work areas
  • Moving supplies and products around the site using manual handling techniques or basic machinery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Reporting any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

Experience

  • Previous labouring or manual handling experience is desirable but not mandatory
