Landscaping Labourer / Trainee Landscaper

Location: Within an hour's radius of Farnham, Surrey

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000 – £27,000, depending on experience, effort, and progression

This role is not for everyone.

We are looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn fast, and give maximum effort every day. Landscaping is physically demanding work and we expect commitment, pride, and a strong work ethic. If you are looking for an easy ride or to simply "get through the day", this role will not be suitable.

However, if you are motivated, reliable, and serious about building a long-term career, this role offers real opportunity.

Bluefish Landscaping Contractors Ltd is a multi-award-winning, BALI-registered contractor specialising in high-quality private domestic landscaping projects. We are seeking a Landscaping Labourer / Trainee Landscaper to join our team and grow with us.

Pay & Progression

  • £25,000 – £27,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance

About the Role

This is a hands-on, multi-purpose landscaping role covering both garden construction and soft landscaping. You will be involved in the full landscaping process, not just one element.

Work includes:

  • Garden construction
  • Soft landscaping including:
  • Planting preparation
  • Shrub, perennial, and turf planting
  • Mature hedge and tree planting

Key Responsibilities

  • General landscaping labouring duties
  • Supporting both construction and planting works
  • Working alongside experienced landscapers and following instruction
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and site safety
