We’re recruiting a Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team for our brand-new, multi-floor Jamie’s Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering smooth daily operations, motivating your team, and supporting the General Manager in running an exceptional restaurant that reflects Jamie’s values and passion for food.

About the Role

  • Support the General Manager in leading a large, diverse team across multiple floors.
  • Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Manage service standards, shift planning, and day-to-day restaurant flow.
