What we expect


We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Commercial team based in the Nottingham head office, reporting to the Head of Commercial.


As a Contracts Manager your day to day will include:

  • Document management and organisation
  • Contract management for service and project contracts, including project bookings – (document/information finalisation and management, programme of works, credit checks, company T&C’s vs customer T&C’s, liaising with financial and Operational teams)
  • Review, negotiation and agreement of Terms and Conditions’
  • Reviewing, negotiating and supporting finalisation of general legal and contractual documents
  • Issuing of contract and project notices
  • Supporting Operations in addressing site issues, claims and disputes
  • Reviewing and agreeing Final Accounts
  • Supporting with Debt Collection
  • Supporting change orders and variation requests
  • Management of upstream approvals

Who we are looking for
  • Ideally, 3 years or more experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar Legal/Contractual capacity
  • A minimum of a HNC in a relevant field
  • Be a confident negotiator, with strong contract management skills
  • Professional, motivated and looking to forge a career in a global leading company
  • Strong skills using MS Office, databases, and eProcurement systems
  • Consistently works to deadlines
  • Strong organisational and people skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
