Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to customer service, scheduling, and data entry, ensuring smooth operations within our organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate service requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry using Catalyst, full training will be given.
  • Assist in raising invoices, payments, and other financial documentation
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, organising documents, and managing correspondence
  • Ensure all client information is up-to-date and stored securely
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall efficiency
  • Handle all warranty claims, correspond with manufacturers and keep customers informed of every step of the progress

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
  • Experience with accounting software is desirable
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
