Full job description

Day Care Assistant

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, The Lodge, on a full time 42 hour permanent contract, £12.60 per hour.

The Lodge is located on Kirby Road in Walton-on-the-Naze, with 36 rooms, providing support for residents, including those living with Dementia.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

  • Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
  • Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:
