The role

You'll be supporting a young person with complex health needs in his home and local community in Rossendale. Our client lives at home with his parents and requires round-the-clock care to keep him safe. You'll support him with personal care and hygiene, medication and mobility.

Our client requires 2:1 care, so you'll be working alongside an experienced Complex Care Assistant.

Requirements

Training

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
