Looking for a role where you can learn, earn, and make an impact from day one? We are looking for an ambitious, confident individual to join our client's growing event sales team. You’ll get hands-on experience in sales, business development, and campaign planning—while working on exciting projects with leading UK brands.

About Our Client

The Role

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you’ll be learning the ropes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be trained to:

  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, reports, and client communications.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently address customer queries and objections.
  • Gain exposure to CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to support sales campaigns.
  • Work towards personal sales targets under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to contribute ideas for business growth.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience—our client will provide full training. But we do need someone who’s:

  • A confident communicator with great people skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ready to hit targets and celebrate success.
  • Excited about events, marketing, and branded experiences.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive weekly pay made up of uncapped commission (OTE £35K+).
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Ongoing sales and business training.
  • Real career progression opportunities.
  • A friendly, supportive team culture.
  • The chance to work on campaigns for major UK brands.
