Our work includes educational programmes with leading UK universities and academic institutions, academic tutoring and study support, as well as activities designed to help international students make the most of their academic and cultural experience in the UK.
We are a small and growing UK team, which means team members have the opportunity to work across real projects, contribute ideas and take meaningful ownership of their work.

- Monitor comments, messages, enquiries and account performance
- Review performance data and use insights to improve future content and account operation
Student Community & Events
- Support the operation and development of BEIYA UK's student communities
- Create relevant content and maintain regular engagement with target students
- Plan and support online and offline student events, talks, workshops and
- promotional activities
- Coordinate event promotion, registration, participant communication and practical arrangements
- Support post event follow up, including enquiries, leads and conversion opportunities
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Identify and record potential customer enquiries and leads generated through social media, communities and events
- Maintain accurate and traceable lead records and follow agreed follow up processes
- Support marketing campaigns for BEIYA UK's academic tutoring, student support services and other products
- Contribute ideas for improving audience reach, engagement, lead generation and conversion
What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates at different stages of their studies or careers. Previous professional experience is not essential. We are more interested in your understanding of social media and student audiences, your ability to think independently, learn quickly and deliver work to a good standard.
You should be able to:
- Understand the objective, target audience and requirements behind a task
- Turn a brief into a logical and usable first draft
- Think independently and contribute sensible ideas and suggestions
- Take ownership, prioritise effectively and follow work through
- Check your own work carefully for accuracy and completeness
- Apply feedback effectively and ask for clarification or support when needed
Skills & Experience

- Excellent written Chinese and good working English
- Strong understanding of RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and Chinese social media content
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

- Understanding of Chinese students studying in the UK
- Experience in education, student services or related sectors
Performance & Bonus
The role has clearly defined performance expectations covering social media, content, community engagement, events and lead generation. In addition to base salary, a performance related bonus scheme provides additional earning potential for strong measurable results, including social media growth, qualified leads, community growth, high performing content and successful customer conversion.
Working Arrangements
The role is 20 hours per week and based in London. Some flexibility may occasionally be required to support student events or activities outside normal working hours, with arrangements agreed in advance.
