Full job description
Baker Education is looking for top graduates to work directly with young people with unique learning and development needs within a specialist school setting. You will be trained as a Teaching Assistant, supporting young people who require additional support in school. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in psychology, education or mental health services.
We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in primary & secondary schools, including special education and mental health education settings. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for young people and mental health, looking to build a career in education, mental health or related fields.
The schools available are based in Redhill and surrounding areas - all of these schools support a range of children, including those with a range of complex learning needs such as physical, sensory and behavioural. We have several positions available to start from September 2026 - you will be paid between £450-£500 per week, depending on your experience to date.
