- Develop original concepts for in-region campaigns from ideation to execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, ecommerce, social, retail, and events) to deliver impactful creative solutions
- Maintain excellence and attention to detail across every project, from simple artworking to complex multi-channel storytelling
- 6+ years of relevant agency and/or in-house experience designing for premium, digitally-led brands.
- A strong digital-first portfolio showcasing impactful multi-channel creative across web, CRM, paid social and campaign work.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/animation tools is highly valued.
- Experience leading and coaching creatives, agencies and partners an advantage
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.
