Job Purpose

The role of Graphic Designer is to assist in managing our social media presence with engaging visual content across our brands. This role will also include elements of website maintenance responsible for designing visual elements for use online, reflecting our company’s branding and design aesthetic.

This is a Hybrid role with approx. 3 days per week in the office. Please note the office is in a relatively rural area, as such applicants should be able to drive.

Principal accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Creating engaging social media graphics
  • Producing promotional materials and supporting presentation and pitch materials
  • Designing digital assets for multiple platforms
  • Update the website with promotional content
  • Create layouts for landing pages, event pages and other areas of the website as required
  • Support SEO efforts by researching keywords and optimising website content
  • Help design and schedule marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok etc.
  • Assist in creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of digital design
  • Understanding of social media design requirements
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing principles
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and community management
  • Understanding of SEO basics and content optimization
  • Knowledge of web content management systems
