  • Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to the Operative on site
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance including lawn care, pruning, hedge cutting, weeding, and general garden upkeep
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients when required
  • Organise daily tasks to ensure routes and schedules are met
  • Ensure safe use and care of tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Maintain professional standards of presentation and teamwork
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Proven experience in garden maintenance
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring another gardener (preferred)
  • Able to commute daily to Sidcup (DA14 5DT)
  • Good spoken English and clear communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round
  • Professional and well-presented

  • Branded electric company vehicle provided
  • All tools, equipment, and materials provided
