Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls to prospective leads who have enquired about courses.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and unlock high bonus potential through engaging conversations with prospective leads via phone call, video call or face to face meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Experience

  • Fitness Qualifications not required however a passion for health and fitness is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
  • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
