Role: Multi Trades Person

Location: Slough

Term: Long Term Ongoing Contract

Hourly Rate: £21 per hour

MJM Industrial is currently recruiting for experienced Multi-skilled Handyman to work in Slough for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have multiskilled background.

HANDYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful Multi-Skilled Handyman's duties will vary depending on the project/s we are running at the time but will include but won’t be limited to;

  • Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
  • You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
  • You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
  • Complete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner
  • Repairs floor and wall coverings
  • Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements
  • Responsible for other building and installation works as required.

HANDYMAN BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

It is essential you meet the following criteria to be successful when applying for this Handyman Role:

  • Experience working a within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  • Carpentry experience desirable but not essential
  • CSCS Card (Desirable)
  • Happy to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

The successful Handyman will be working a minimum of 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Occasional weekend overtime available.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship or visa sponsorship.
