Full job description

Here at The Broadstraik Inn, we are a family run Restaurant and Bar serving a traditional Scottish menu along with favourite pub classics. Food is served daily in the restaurant between 12pm and 9pm Friday & Saturday and 12pm to 8pm Sunday to Thursday.

A minimum of 3 years previous Head Chef experience is required. Rate of pay is dependant on experience but starting at £16 per hour.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Create and develop innovative menu items
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Lead, train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £16.00 per hour
