Electrical Installation Manager

We are partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), Uswitch, MoneySuperMarket, HIVE and GoCompare, and further launches with other leading comparison brands are happening soon.

We have been successfully trading for over 14 years, employing over 130 office staff and over 2,500 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.

We have 2 office locations, one based in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station, and our other side is in Ferndown industrial estate.

Due to our continual expansion, we have a brand new opening for an experienced Electrical Installation Manager to join the team and be a pivotal part of our ongoing success.

Electrical Installation Manager Responsibilities

  • Join the current thriving installations team to help coordinate and manage our solar installations;
  • Provide technical assistance to our Installation Teams and Operations Executives;
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and electrical standards through quality control systems;
  • Enforce electrical compliance to up to date standards and ensure work is complete to all current electrical, BS regulations and MCS requirements;
  • Responsibility for the completion and quality execution of our customer contracts;
  • Working with the other Installation Manager on projects and improvement work that enhances the effective execution of installations and improves customer service levels.

Electrical Installation Manager Required Experience

  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation (NVQ or similar);
  • 18th Edition Certificate;
  • Inspection & Testing qualification ( C&G 2391 or equivalent);
  • Experience of PV solar is essential, and EV experience would be beneficial;
  • A clear technical understanding of electrical technical issues and resolutions;
  • Good communication skills, initiative and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work within a deadline driven team environment.
