How to contact Indeed Employer Support
To contact Indeed employer support, sign in and go to your Employer Dashboard, click Help and type your question. If needed, select Contact us to chat, call or message. If you can't sign in, use the Help Centre, click Contact support, create a case and submit the form. Phone support varies by country. Form responses may take longer.
From your Employer Dashboard
- Sign in to Indeed and open your Employer Dashboard.
- Click or tap Help in the upper navigation bar.
- Type your question in the What do you need help with search box.
- If you don't find what you need, select Contact us to chat, call or message our support team.
Important: Phone support availability and numbers may vary by country.
From the Help Centre
If you can't sign in to your employer account, using Contact in the Help Centre may be the best way to reach support.
- In the Help Centre, click or tap Contact support.
- Describe your issue in the search bar.
- If the quick answers don't help, select Create a case.
- Click or tap Contact.
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible.
- Submit your request.
