Digital Service Fee
Starting 01/01/2026, a Digital Service Fee (DSF) will appear on invoices for services provided in the following countries: France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
- This fee reflects additional costs associated with Digital Services Tax legislation in impacted countries.
- When applicable, the DSF will be displayed as a separate line item on your invoice.
- This DSF may apply to insertion orders (IOs) and contracts signed before 01/01/2026 that allow for DSF.
- The DSF is applicable to all products and services based on your billing address.
DSF rates
United Kingdom
A DSF of 1.75% will be added to your invoice issued by Indeed UK Operations Limited or Indeed Ireland Operations Limited.
France
A DSF of 2.5% will be added to your invoice issued by Indeed France SAS or Indeed Ireland Operations Limited.
Italy
A DSF of 3% will be added to your invoice issued by Indeed Italy SRL or Indeed Ireland Operations Limited.
Spain
A DSF of 2.75% will be added to your invoice issued by Indeed Ireland Operations Limited.
Indirect taxes
If applicable, indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, GST/HST/QST or similar) will be applied to the entire invoice amount, including the DSF.
