Data Cleanser | 9447 | Fixed Term Contract until 19 September 2026 | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum (Scale D) | County Hall, Norwich
The Liquidlogic ‘LCS’ and ‘EHM’ case management systems went live in May 2018 for Children’s Services alongside ‘ContrOCC’ for Children’s Finance, after the successful implementation of the ‘LAS’ and ‘ContrOCC’ systems in November 2017 for Adult Social Services.
We are seeking a positive, energetic and customer-focused individual to join our Helpdesk team, supporting our users by answering queries and either resolving at source or referring unresolved calls on to more senior colleagues in the team.
You will have a commitment to delivering high quality services for the people of Norfolk, and a willingness to learn about new areas of business.
You will be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others, and with a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily work.
You will Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a natural aptitude for learning new technology / software / applications, able to meet deadlines and have good attention to detail. We will develop you and deliver a full induction to the role and provide opportunities for your ongoing professional growth.
