Location: Altrincham central

Role: Operations Co-Ordinator

Rate: £35,000 PA OTE £45,000 PA hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4:30pm (flexible) Start Date: Immediate / subject to notice

What a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding property maintenance Company. Working across both reactive and void maintenance sectors, the Company is fast gaining a reputation for excellence and is ready for a new key team member to join.

Applicant must me driven, proactive and organised with experience in administration/coordination (preferably in the property sector) to join a busy, vibrant team based in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities or compliance administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

A permanent position, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Director and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of Company processes & services.

KPI & bonus scheme implemented with OTE £45,000 PA

  • Provide efficient administrative and compliance support across the contract/job.
  • Log and manage PPM and reactive work orders through to completion, ensuring KPI delivery.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors via phone and Helpdesk systems.
  • Prepare quotations, raise purchase orders, and coordinate access and scheduling for subcontractors.
  • Produce and maintain reports, documentation, and records to audit-ready standards.
  • Work closely with the management team to support ongoing contract delivery.
  • Previous experience in similar environments (facilities management/property maintenance) administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills in Excel/WORD/XERO (JobWatch/BigChange/ALTO experience beneficial).
