Job role: Class 2 Driver

£34,000 Basic - Expected earnings in excess of £50,000 per annum

Monday – Friday - 8AM - 4PM

Permanent Position

We have partnered with a leading national environmental company, specialising in recycling. waste, and power generation sectors. Due to continued growth with their waste division are looking for a class 2 driver.

The main responsibilities of the Class 2 Driver will include.

  • Operate a Class 2 Gully Sucker HGV safely and efficiently in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Attend different sites in specified locations, ensuring a prompt and professional service.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and any incidents.
  • Basic engineering maintenance of HGV's, plant and associated vehicles
  • Basic welding and fabricating across all machinery
  • Operate various types of vehicles, HGV's and machinery
