Logistics Driver (HGV Class 1) – Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Dungannon

Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Dungannon is seeking a Logistics Driver (HGV Class 1 Licence required) to support our Aftersales Departments through the delivery and collection of vehicles and automotive parts.

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Essential Criteria

  • A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Confident and experienced in driving a wide range of commercial vehicles
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to represent Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van professionally
  • High standard of personal presentation with a courteous and pleasant manner

Hours of Work

Full-time:

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • No weekends or overnight shifts

Part-time:

  • Flexible hours available
  • Start/finish times may vary according to business needs

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering and collecting commercial vehicles from customers in the area for servicing
  • Presenting vehicles for MOT at local test centres
  • Assisting with vehicle parts deliveries
  • Completing daily safety checks in accordance with maintenance standards and legislation
  • Moving and organising vehicles within the dealership yard
