Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic & conscientious HGV Class 1 drivers for our clients' Carrington operation for the following shift patterns:

Shifts available;

Monday- Friday- DAYS

Tuesday - Saturday-

Overtime Available

Mon-Fri DAYS: £19.00 per hour

Sat DAYS: £23.00 per hour

Sun DAYS: £24.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A valid HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered, no more than 6pts)
  • At least 2 years Class 1 experience preferred
  • A digital tachograph card and full CPC
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Excellent customer service
  • Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months

The Role:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supermarket and general haulage deliveries
  • Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
  • Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness
  • Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £19.00-£24.00 per hour
