Rigid HGV driver / Yard Operative – Runtech Ltd, Corby

We have an opportunity for a Yard Operative / rigid HGV driver at Runtech, based at our Corby site. We pride ourselves on fostering a great working environment, if you’re passionate about doing great things in a fast-moving industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Primarily the role is working as part of a team who collect, process and load scrap material. The role will involve a combination of driving a rigid HGV skip loader truck and container loading.

Our team are multiskilled and training to become an integral member of the team will be provided for the right candidate

Key attributes:

· Flexible and adaptable, showing a willingness to learn and succeed

· Demonstrates a positive and motivated attitude

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently

· Comply with Health & Safety and operating procedures at all times

Essential:

· Full Car Driving Licence

· Experience driving rigid HGV / large vehicles

Desirable:

· MEWP licence

· HGV licence (not essential as all work is site based)

Package:

· 40 Hours per Week: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 with potential overtime requirements

· Rate of pay: £13.68/hr

· Auto enrolled onto the company pension scheme

· Uniform and PPE Provided

· 28 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank holidays

The successful candidate will be subject to our induction process that will include drug & alcohol testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
