Full job description

About the Company

We are an established, market-leading UK training and education business that teaches entrepreneurs and business owners how to acquire established, profitable businesses. With more than two decades in the market, we run high-energy live events, premium mentoring programmes, and a growing portfolio of digital and coaching products. Our clients are ambitious, financially capable people making serious decisions about their futures — and they expect to be treated that way.

This is a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. We measure results in cash collected, not activity, and we reward the people who deliver.

## The Role

We are looking for a proven high-ticket closer to sell our flagship mentoring programme, priced in five figures, to warm, pre-qualified prospects.

There is no cold calling in this role. Your prospects have paid to attend a three-day residential training event, been qualified in advance, and spent two days immersed in our world before you ever sit down with them. Your job is to convert that interest into enrolments — face-to-face at the event and by phone in the days that follow.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Event-based closing:** Attend our three-day residential events (several per quarter, UK-based). Following the main sales presentation on Day 2, you will work the room — holding one-to-one conversations with interested delegates and closing enrolments across Day 2 afternoon and Day 3.
- **Pre-event qualification calls:** Speak with ticket buyers before each event to qualify fit, build rapport, and drive attendance. Show-up rate is a commercial outcome you help own.
- **Post-event follow-up:** Run structured follow-up calls with delegates who did not enrol at the event, converting warm interest in the days immediately afterwards.
- **Pipeline discipline:** Keep the CRM accurate and current — every call logged, every prospect status correct, every payment recorded. Our commission model runs on clean data.
- **Ethical selling:** Enrol the right people for the right reasons. We sell a genuinely transformational programme and we protect its reputation. Pressure tactics, over-promising, and income claims are not how we operate.

## What Success Looks Like

- Consistent conversion of qualified event attendees into programme enrolments
- Strong pay-in-full ratios and low payment-plan default rates
- High show-up rates among the prospects you qualify
- Delegates who enrol feeling well-served — not sold to

## The Package

- **Commission-only, uncapped, paid on cash collected** — not on contracted value. A higher commission rate applies to paid-in-full sales, so your incentives are aligned with the business’s.
- Commission is calculated per event, so every close counts — there are no thresholds, cliffs, or clawback games.
- Realistic six-figure annual earnings for a strong performer, driven by a high average order value and a steady flow of warm, qualified prospects generated entirely by the company’s marketing.
- Travel and accommodation covered for residential events.

## Who We’re Looking For

**Essential:**

- Demonstrable track record closing high-ticket offers (£5,000+), ideally in coaching, training, education, events, or professional services
- Genuine consultative selling skill — you diagnose before you prescribe, and you can handle sophisticated, commercially astute buyers
- Comfortable closing face-to-face in a live event environment, not just over the phone or Zoom
- Available to attend multi-day residential events in the UK, including some weekends
- Self-employed status with the discipline to manage your own diary, follow-up blocks, and admin
- Fluent, credible, and confident with business owners and senior professionals

**Desirable:**

- Understanding of business acquisitions, M&A, finance, or entrepreneurship
- Experience with modern CRM systems and WhatsApp-based prospect communication
- Experience working alongside event-based sales presentations and stage-to-close models

## What This Role Is Not

- It is not a lead generation role — marketing fills the room
- It is not a salaried position — you are rewarded entirely on results
- It is not for anyone who needs managing — you will be supported, but you own your numbers

Pay: £75,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
