Job Title: Driving Labourer

Company Overview:
Hydro Cleansing Ltd (HCL) is a leading provider of environmental services in London and the South East. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, responsive, and highly effective services, including CCTV drainage inspection and surveying, drain and sewer maintenance, waste management, confined space operations, and emergency response.

The Role:
Driving Labourers are responsible for assisting operational staff in completing their assigned tasks, as well as driving between sites as required. You will be expected to assist with cleaning facilities, both commercial and residential, maintaining equipment and tools, and providing manual labour services as required. This role will involve a certain amount of manual handling and lifting, and may include working in confined spaces as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist operational staff in completing assigned tasks
  • Drive between sites and locations as required
  • Clean and maintain both commercial and residential facilities
  • Maintain and clean equipment and tools, including signing in/out and accounting for all issued kit
  • Provide manual labour services as required
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including on live highway sites
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • CSCS card (desirable)
  • Confined Space, Manual Handling, Street Works, or Water Industry passport tickets are a bonus but not essential – full training can be provided
  • Team player
  • Positive work attitude
  • Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and nights as required
