Why Indeed IQ?
Through Indeed IQ, Avis Budget Group would be able to automate a previously manual and time consuming process of buying up lots of different media for each recruitment campaign and would instead be able to allocate spend in the most efficient way possible, drilling down to the job level.
Avis Budget Group hoped that through Indeed’s programmatic offering, it would be able to significantly increase its reach and therefore its number of job applications in the UK market.
During the 60-day pilot that followed, Avis Budget Group saw exceptional performance across all job campaigns for both organic and paid media. The talent acquisition team was delighted to receive a staggering 521 applications throughout the period; figures previously unheard of.
Indeed IQ generated 82 applications for the Avis Budget Group customer service campaign, working out at an average of just £4.39 per application. Following the success of the pilot in the UK, Avis Budget Group has since rolled out Indeed IQ across its international recruitment market.
