You will possess a calm and unflappable attitude, be willing to learn new skills across a range of different monitoring and scheduling tools, such as Dynatrace, SAP and TWS. Qualifications: To work 12-hour shifts managing IT services in accordance with Kingfisher operational policies and procedures.
