We're seeking someone who is very data-driven and possesses strong analytical skills so as to draw sharp insights and actionable from data.

The data includes sales and inventory data as well as operations data. You will have a data warehouse (under construction) to work with, but the specific tools you use are open for discussion.

The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. We need someone to help develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

We have an office in Roseland, NJ. There is no strict requirement to work from the office on a daily basis. This is open for discussion to find the optimal situation for everyone.


  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Build time-series forecasting models to predict optimal inventory levels with the ability to backtest assumptions

  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Own delivery of analytic projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within the scope

  • Set business metrics that measure the health of our business and product

  • Managed and set up Google Analytics account to understand customer usage

  • Develop strategies to collect information on user demographics

  • Conduct competitor analysis, and provide product team with a personal recommendation

  • Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor business and product performance
