Facilities Manager education and training requirements 

Candidates don’t need to have a specific degree to work as a Facilities Manager. However, many employers prefer candidates who have an HND or foundation degree, particularly in subjects such as business management, business studies or facilities management. Entry without an HND or degree is possible, but candidates must have the right combination of experience and skills.
