As an International Trade Operations Analyst, you will: Assure full compliance with National and International laws. Move goods across borders through efficient and compliant management of import/export declarations. And deliver savings by leveraging simplifications and special procedures provided by customs legislation. Specific responsibilities include: Management of Central Customs Email Inbox - making sure to monitor and reply to any urgent emails, resolve any queries from internal/external partners, and monitor and resolve any archiving issues. Management of customs declarations for Manchester/London Imports - being responsible for accurate and compliant data collection from supplier documents to Sharepoint, managing automation and compliance of customs declarations, and owning aggregated declarations under suspension. Maintenance of customs Master Data (MD) in P&G Customs MIC tool - receiving MD requests and processes those requests accurately and on time. Broker PO management & administration process - owning and managing the administrative process for invoices across the P&G sites, payment resolution, external collaboration and analysis of UK broker spend. Supporting broker governance- supporting with the preparation, accuracy and renewals for several key documents within customs compliance including Standard Operating Procedures. Supporting duty savings programs. - support with identifying, coordinating and implementing opportunities for process improvements to provide new simplification opportunities. Driving efficiency savings whilst also supporting the existing system. Support centralisation of any other customs related tasks into Cobalt unit of expertise. *Job Description: * The Operations Project Analyst will assist the Service Delivery Organization and interface with Client Program Management.
