What does a Personal Banker do?
A Personal Banker works in retail banking branches and helps customers with a variety of financial or baking needs. This may include obtaining auto loans and mortgages, opening savings and checking accounts and investing in banking products such as money markets, certificates of deposit (CDs) and other commercial baking products. They may also assist clients with university planning and retirement planning. Although an Investment Banker works mostly with institutional investors, a Personal Banker works primarily with everyday people.
