This is a self employed role with full flexibility to choose your own hours and days of work. Minimum 2 years experience required in working in a travel agency. The role of the Premium Travel & Concierge Agent will be to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge, located in London Heathrow Airport.
