5 Ways Indeed Integrates with Your Recruitment Process

Post a Job

Your company already has a great recruitment process that doesn’t need to change when posting a job on Indeed. Use Indeed’s tools and functions to seamlessly integrate your existing processes with your Indeed Employer Dashboard.

Collaborate with your co-workers

You might need to vet candidates over multiple departments before narrowing them down to a good-quality shortlist. Indeed allows you to add colleagues to your account from your Employer Dashboard, making it easy for other team members to review candidates and share comments and feedback.

With Indeed, no important stakeholder is left out of the recruitment loop, because all relevant information about a candidate is easy to share with your recruitment team.

Keep your company confidential

You may need to keep your job posting confidential for a variety of reasons. For example, you may be looking to replace an existing employee and a highly publicised job offer is exactly what you want to avoid.

If that’s the case, we’ll help you create a confidential job posting that will allow you to find the right candidate and keep your privacy.

Choose who reviews CVs first

As you’re posting your job, you can decide which email address should receive our application update emails for that position. If your workflow requires you to use a specific email address to receive CVs, let us know. It doesn’t have to be the same email address you used to create your account.

Protect your contact information

When you message candidates through your Employer Dashboard, you have the option to hide your contact information while communicating with potential candidates, allowing you to decide when to reveal your contact information to them.

Control the process

Indeed is designed to give you control over all stages of the job posting process. You can edit your job description at any time. If you need time to catch up on reviewing CVs, you can pause a job posting, which temporarily removes it from the Indeed site. When you’re ready, you can unpause your job post at any time to put it back in search results.

Furthermore, when you find the right candidate, or if you decide you no longer wish to look to fill that position, all you have to do is close your job from your Employer Dashboard.

When you use Indeed for a job posting, you have the ability to control every part of the recruitment process so that it’s as simple as possible.
