Remote Estate Agent (Employed) – £60,000 OTE + Company Car

Location: Remote / Local territory
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Earnings: £60,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role

We’re hiring a driven Estate Agent for a fully employed, remote role. You’ll work from home while managing and growing your own local area.

You’ll be the face of the brand—winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering great customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Win new property instructions in your local area
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Carry out valuations, viewings, and appointments
  • Manage the full sales process from start to finish
  • Promote yourself and the brand locally
  • Use modern tech to stay organised and responsive

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a sales-focused Estate Agent
  • Confident at winning business and closing deals
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Customer-first mindset
