Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol, Mollie's Manchester opened it's doors in late 2025. A further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new ‘budget-luxe’ sector in the travel and leisure industry.

Mollie’s is now looking for a Housekeeper Manager looking to build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.

REQUIREMENTS

At Mollie’s, our Housekeeping Managers must be customer obsessed, warm, and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and capable of empowering their housekeeping team.

They need to be driven, work well under pressure, have an acute attention to detail and possess the commercial acumen to manage their team against agreed KPIs, controls and high standards.

The role requires strong leadership to manage, train and develop a team of up to 20 people, ensuring the site meets and exceeds the needs of its guests and cultivates a high performing team orientated culture.

You will report to the General Manager with responsibility over running the housekeeping department, back of house and collaborating with the Reception Manager and reception team.

You will be constantly challenging the status quo, implementing new processes and initiatives and presenting opportunities and recommendations to improve performance.

You will ensure that the Mollie’s exceptional room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always maintained. We are looking for candidates who are articulate, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business.

We require a minimum of three years’ experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role with a proven track record of supporting the opening of new sites within high growth hotel business.
