Full job description

We need urgent temp head and/or senior sous chef to fulfil a 'normal' English pub good food menu in a beloved old South Somerset independent village pub for 2 to 4 weeks (until we fill permanent positions). Happy to consider bona fide freelance/self-employed temps and/or PAYE and 40-48 hours per week

The current menu offerings are lunch and evening meal service.

There is the option of accommodation (large hotel room/suite on-site)

**The max pay above is estimated gross aggregate 48 hours per week and includes share of gratuities/discretionary service charge, no accommodation. Pay is weekly.

We are very responsive and it is possible for an immediate start.

Pay: Up to £800.00 per week
