Position Summary

The Assistant Head Concierge supports the Head Concierge in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences in one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels. This role assists in managing day-to-day concierge operations, leading the concierge team, and ensuring consistently high service standards while maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails

•Support the Head Concierge with daily operations of the concierge desk.
•Supervise and motivate the concierge team during shifts.
•Assist with staff scheduling, break management, and shift coverage.
•Conduct daily briefings and ensure standards are consistently maintained.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with local luxury service providers, restaurants, theatres, transport companies, and event partners.
•Assist in training, onboarding, and coaching of new concierge team members.
•Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.
•Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and guest interaction.
•Personally oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
•Ensure guest preferences are recorded and shared using internal systems.
