What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming guests like old friends - warm, professional, and always personal

  • Leading and supporting a team of amazing Hosts during your shift

  • Training new team members and helping your crew grow with you

  • Solving problems with confidence and kindness

  • Making sure everything runs smoothly - from check-in to check-out

  • Using hotel systems (like Protel) to keep things seamless

What you'll have:


  • You're a people person through and through

  • You’ve worked in customer service before (hospitality is a big plus)

  • You’ve got team leadership energy - even if it wasn’t your job title yet

  • You love learning new tech and tools (hotel booking systems = bonus points)
