Job Overview
We are seeking attentive and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining safety and security standards. This role offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a secure and organised setting, providing excellent customer service and supporting overall operations.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to any security concerns or incidents, including providing first aid if necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of surveillance activity and incident reports
  • Assist with visitor registration and provide information about the organisation as required
  • Support the implementation of security protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold health and safety standards throughout the premises

Requirements

  • Working on a four on four off rota, the application will be smart, punctual, own vehicle required due to location, good team player.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring procedures is desirable (Training will be given?
  • First aid certification or willingness to undertake training is preferred
  • Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
